Breadcrumbs and 'Ghosters'

As a paid member (male) you write a brief but eloquent message and press send.
They ( females) reply once and you reply again. Keeping it brief, friendly, and you pose one open-ended question to incite more of a response and then ... nothing. A week later or maybe two, you may get a breadcrumb so quite delighted you respond again to that and then they ghost you. This isn't the domain of one Australian woman on POF it is EVERY one of them. It is simply disgusting behaviour. It is both rude, self-centered, and entitled. They aren't interested in a relationship for most it's an ego trip.

Disgusting site! 99.999% of the LADIES do not know how to COMMUNICATE and think you can meet someone with one to three word responses at all times! and no effort being made to actually 'communicate' or keep a conversation going. It's sad and pathetic and full of damaged people, scammers and working ladies trying to re-direct you to other sites. Woman are talking to SOOOOO many guys at once, rather than actually using some common sense and trying to get to know a handful 'properly' Hence the two word 'production line' responses

I've been on it for a week. Firstly, Marcus will send you tips, but you can't get back to the 'team' with issues. Secondly, the list of matches is a joke. Several times I have tried to message one of my so-called matches, only to get a pof message ......'sorry, blab blah blah is looking for a different type of person.' Yeah! Really! Then why are they suggested to me as a match? This is a time wasting, money wasting joke of a service.

Absolute borderline garbage.

This dating app supports young exposed girls under age half naked. My photo was inside a car with a simple smile. My photo was constantly removed and my account was banned on 6 occasions. Fake profiles waste of time

As with all dating sites now men need to pay exorbitant amounts for exposure to potential 'matches'. POF is no different, and the potential matches are 90% fake anyway. If you don't use the app for 24 hours, oh look a profile which matches your criteria but with no location stated and American electrical socket outlets in the background of photos 'likes' your profile and sends you a generic message. Don't waste your money.
